About the Devotional
A few years ago I had a dream about a series I would create called Everyday Jesus. At the time, I had no plans of putting together any sort of video series. I had two kids under the age of 2, and was struggling to balance work and life! It didn't seem like the right time to dive into a big project. I thought I would just play it safe.
But no groundbreaking success comes as the result of playing it safe.
As God continued speaking to me about this series, I couldn't deny that it was time to get over my fear of failure, and just go for it! The truth is that I had no guarantee that anyone would sign up for this series, but I knew that I could trust God's timing in it!
As we prepare to read through the book of Ephesians next week, my prayer is that God will speak promises over you! And I want to challenge you not to play it safe!
